HAGE3D with successful FormNext 2018 appearance!
One of the most important fairs in 3D printing, the FormNext took place from November 13th to 16th 2018 in Frankfurt, Germany. More than 500 exhibiting companies presented their products to more than 20,000 guests. Of course, HAGE3D was also part of it – and the company was able to again convince the visitors with high class 3D printers.
The HAGE3D delegation hardly had a free minute at this year’s FormNext in Frankfurt, because the booth was always very well attended and the demand did not seem to break. Particularly in demand were the industrial model HAGE3D 84L and the HAGE3D HSK print head. The 84L convinced many companies by its allround capabilities, the very clean printing with many different materials and the great reliability in the printing process. The HSK print head impressed with its high flexibility and simplicity of use and operation. The innovative print head can be mounted on all common CNC machines and the print bed is – in addition to the 3 standard sizes – be customizable. During the printing process, the CNC machine takes over the motion commands in the X, Y and Z directions as well as the filament feed.
But also the HAGE3D 175C, a Cartesian large-capacity printer with Siemens Sinumerik control and heated built plate up to 85 ° C, was convincing. The device can print technical components with a cube edge length of up to 1.2 m and is also available as a convertible 5-axis machine. In addition to the high variety of materials (ABS, ASA, PP, …), the HAGE3D 175C also convinces with the proven HFFS (High Friction Feeding System) dual print head.
HAGE3D CEO Thomas Janics drew a very satisfied summary: “We have been at the FORMNEXT for the fourth year now. And every year, including this year, there is an approx. 50% increase. That speaks for the fair and that also speaks for our good, sustainable work! ”
After the great success this year, you can be very excited about the next FormNext appearance of HAGE3D in 2019!
