HAGE3D’s agenda in June? Three trade fairs and one symposium plus another event that was called “Innovation on Point”. What has been a busy schedule, turned out as great succes for HAGE3D, which could state out once again why the company belongs to Europe’s top 3d printing companies: Great technology and even greater devices! Here is a chronology of all June events and an outlook for the second half of 2019:
June 04 – 06, 2019: Addit 3D, Bilbao, Spain
For the first time ever, the HAGE3D team decided to attend a fair in Spain, the Addit 3D in Bilbao. In retrospect, the decision to attend the Addit 3d was a good one, because the fair turned out to be extremely interesting and well attented! Beside many new contacts, also exciting (technical) discussions emerged. In addition to the booth, HAGE3D CEO Thomas Janics was asked to give a presentation on the possibilities and potential of material extrusion with the 5-axis printer.
June 05 – 06, 2019: IKV-conference, Aachen, Germany
Melt-based processes in additive manufacturing: That’s what the symposium of the Institute for Plastics Processing in Industry and Trade (IKV) at RWTH Aachen University was all about. As an absolute expert in this field, HAGE3D was of course invited to the symposium. Matthias Katschnig, HAGE3D’s head of research and development was asked to talk about the “filament-based material extrusion of highly filled systems”. The subsequent get-together was – like the entire symposium – a complete success.
June 06 – 07, 2019: ADDKON, St. Wolfgang, Austria
The premiere of the AddKon at Austrian Wolfgang lake took place from June 06 to 07. The two-day conference provided an overview of the entire additive manufacturing process chain. In addition, it offered a trade exhibition with over 30 exhibitors (including HAGE3D) and more than 40 lectures and workshops by X-Technik Verlag.
June 25 – 27, 2019: Rapid.Tech, Erfurt, Germany
From the 25th to the 27th of June, one of the most important 3D-printing trade fairs took place in Erfurt: the Rapid.Tech 2019. Of course, HAGE3D was there with the HAGE3D 84L. With around 4,500 visitors and 180 exhibitors, the 16th edition of the fair was again a great success for the entire 3d community!
What’s going on in the second half of 2019?
After a brief, event-free summer break, we will continue by attending a symposium in Bremen. We will also be at the Experience Additive Manufacturing in Augsburg in September, before presenting our devices and technologies in November at FormNext 2019.
